This model works best for clients with well-defined requirements and project schedules. Under this option, the customer pays a pre-negotiated fixed price for the complete project, which in turn is linked to well-defined deliverables. For any changes in the project scope or requirements, a standard change request procedure is followed and a predefined fixed hourly rate agreed at the initial stage of start of project can be paid

When scope, specification and implementation plans of a software development project are not easy to define at the outset, Time & Material Model works out to be the best option. Under this model, clients pay as per use of the hourly development efforts. Under this mode we define the execution model and work hand in hand with our client for execution of end-to-end project. If during the project execution the scope is frozen we can convert this project to the fixed price model. We have very strict project management and reporting practices whereby time sheets are generated on a daily / weekly basis for each of the developer on the project and clients are sent daily updates on mails and weekly / bi-weekly calls. Hybrid = Fixed Price + Time and Material Sometimes it becomes necessary to undertake a major portion of a project on a Fixed Price basis and at the same time deploy a few resources on a Time and Materials Pricing for small modules of the project. Adopting this model enables the client to optimize their budgets without compromising any aspect of the project itself.

This model provides an efficient and seamless extension of the client's development facilities with a high cost advantage because of the lower offshore rates. We partner with clients and invest in replicating their IT environments, training our teams, setting up communication & security systems and integrating our development processes with theirs to make it just like an extension of their onsite team. This is suitable for clients with long term approach and results in savings upto 60%.
